K&H Painting Pros is growing, and we're looking for the right people to grow with us.

We're a locally owned exterior and interior painting contractor serving Denver and the Front Range. We've built our reputation on doing things the right way, and we're bringing that same standard to how we build our sales team.

We're hiring 4-6 Outside Sales Reps to join us in March. Before you're in the field, every new rep goes through virtual sales training, a proven in‑home sales methodology we pay for. You keep the skills regardless of how long you're with us. We also pay a $1,000 training stipend once you complete training and your first 30 days in the role.

You generate your own leads by knocking on doors in residential neighborhoods. You run your own appointments. You close your own deals - same visit, same conversation. No desk. No cold calling. No handing leads off to someone else.

• 10% commission on every job you close.
• At an average job size of $5,000, closing 6 jobs/month = $3,000. Closing 10 = $5,000. No cap.
• OTE: $3,000 – $6,000+/month for consistent performers.

• Training runs on the 2nd Monday of each month. Our next cohort is on March 9th.

• Sales training paid by us, 2nd Monday of each month
