Business Development Representative – Cybersecurity (Hybrid, Colorado)
We’re representing a fast‑growing cybersecurity company delivering enterprise‑grade protection and compliance solutions to SMBs across defense and regulated industries. The team is expanding and looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to help drive growth and identify new business opportunities.
What You’ll Do- Prospect and qualify inbound and outbound leads.
- Engage decision‑makers to build awareness of cybersecurity and compliance solutions.
- Support Account Executives with pipeline development and sales enablement.
- Learn consultative sales techniques and progress within a high‑performance team.
- 1–3 years in tech or cybersecurity sales (SDR/BDR experience preferred).
- Strong communication, curiosity, and drive to exceed targets.
- Self‑starter with a growth mindset and team‑player attitude.
- Hybrid in Colorado (3 days in office)

- Base pay range: $60,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr
