Our Member Frontline Cashier Associates are the heart of our front end. You play a major role in how our members feel when they enter and exit the store. You may be the first, last, and sometimes only associate that members interact with. It’s essential to greet, smile, and thank each member. We are looking for friendly faces to run registers and support our members through the self‑checkout experience.

The pace can be fast, especially in the evenings, on weekends, and during holiday season. You may need to juggle several tasks in a short amount of time while helping members: scanning items, processing payments, and maintaining a clean area.

• Maintain a positive attitude by smiling, greeting, and thanking members.
• Provide exceptional customer service to members across the club as needed, answering any questions they may have.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and member‑ready area.
• Keep safety of facility according to company policies by conducting safety sweeps, following forklift spotting procedures, handling hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations.
• Assist members with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving member issues, and promoting company products.
• Process member purchases and payments according to company policies and procedures.
• Assist with registers or self‑checkout area transactions, zoning the area, and arranging merchandise.
• Collaborate with managers and co‑workers, identify priorities, and communicate progress.

• Customer service experience with operating front‑end equipment (cash register).
• Experience using mobile retail applications.
• Retail experience including cash register operation.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Competitive hourly wage $19–26 per hour.
