Sr Property Manager – Denver, COResponsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the property, including leasing, maintenance, and resident relations.
- Develop and implement property management procedures.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to affordable housing.
- Manage budgets, financial reporting, and expense control to meet financial goals.
- Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate maintenance and repairs, as needed.
- Minimum of 4 years of multifamily property management experience including familiarity with Fair Housing laws and regulations.
- Minimum of 3 years of LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) experience including knowledge of affordable housing compliance process and regulations.
- Proven track record of effectively managing large teams of seven to ten or more staff.
- Strong knowledge of property management and financial reporting software such as Real Page One Site or similar tools.
- Strong knowledge of leasing process.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comp $90-120K+bonus
