Responsibilities

Our technicians are the core of our business. They are the face of the company and deliver top of the class customer service and impeccable quality on every job by:

Develop a routine for opening and closing

Oversee daily store operations

Manage staff performance and training

Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints

Leading and encouraging staff to operate at a high level of effectiveness

Enforce company policies and ensure compliance with safety regulations

Evaluating, adjusting, and creating new policies and procedures as needed for effective operations

Ensuring all products meet quality standards

Resolving problems or delays in production

Key Skills

Knowledge on Installing cabinets, shelves, and other fixtures

Strong leadership and team management skills

Project management skills

Qualifications

Reliable and hardworking

Professional appearance and demeanor

Wants to be part of something great

Loves working with people

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs

Isn’t afraid to work with their hands

Comfortable not working in an office

Some sales experience (preferred)

Ability to work Mon – Fri 8:00am - 5:00pm
