Overview
Our client, a dynamic logistics and shipping organization, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be an integral part of the operations team supporting global shipment processing. The ideal candidate will demonstrate resilience, outdoor endurance, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Location: Golden, CO
Pay Range: $20.00
Shift: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM, Monday to Friday (with potential extension to 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM if needed)
Responsibilities- Processing and preparing global shipments efficiently and accurately
- Operating forklifts to move and organize inventory safely
- Standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs regularly
- Maintaining good hygiene and adhering to safety and cleanliness standards
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth warehouse operations
- Forklift experience (certification not required)
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong personal hygiene and professionalism in the workplace
- Outdoor or mountain climber experience is a plus, reflecting resilience and endurance
- Willingness to participate in two in-person interviews at the Golden location
