The Asset Care Service Technician will install and service water purification systems within the Denver area. The role involves delivering, setting up, and exchanging ion‑exchange tanks, as well as other treatment equipment as required, to commercial and industrial customers.

• Drive truck to deliver ion‑exchange tanks and water‑treatment equipment to customer sites.
• Ensure correct equipment for the route is loaded, secured, and meets quality specifications. Load/unload tanks on trucks and maintain correct inventory aboard trucks as required.
• Complete Vehicle Inspection Reports for pre‑trip inspection.
• Maintain accurate inventory accountability at each site and make changes as needed. Communicate changes through Mizt channels and command up to ensure execution.
• Takes water samples and performs tests including TDS, resistivity, pH, CO₂ проходят, Cl₂, and hardness. Record results accurately and suggest changes as required.
• Rinse ion‑exchange tanks to customer specifications at sites and ensure quality specs are met.
• Perform both dry and wet ion‑exchange tank exchanges.
• Execute reverse‑osmosis membrane exchanges.
• Perform maintenance on equipment, including PVC repair, electrical components, and minor pump/motor repairs.
• Maintain good housekeeping at all times for vehicles and customer sites.
• Maintain customer contact on site, communicating effectively, politely, and responding to their needs. Maintain good customer relationships.
• Assist with equipment or product delivery outside normal scope when needed due to business levels.
• May be required to be on call during non‑business hours.

• Knowledge of commercial & industrial membrane systems & UV systems and repair.
• Knowledge of PLC logic/programming.
• Knowledge of ion‑exchange & membrane theory & operation, as well as pretreatment applications.
• EXPERIENCORIZED training in applicable fields such as electrical, industrial/mechanical.
• Ability to troubleshoot and fournir issues pertaining to equipment in the field.

The salary range is tied to the market for similarly benchmarked roles. The range is not an absolute, but a guide, and offers will be based on the candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience and market conditions as well as internal peer equity. Depending upon all considerations for the final selected candidate, the offer may fall below or above the stated range الاخ: $24.60-$27.40 hourly.

• HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Possess a valid driver's license & clean driving Mechanical record history.

Industrial environment experience

• Associate’s Degree in electrical, industrial / mechanical, engineering, or water treatment disciplines.
• College coursework in chemistry.
• Experience driving company vehicles such as panel vans or service trucks.
• Forklift certification/experience or ability to obtain forklift certification.
• Experience in Food & Beverage Industry or similar.
