We are seeking a Microsoft Alliance & Partner Sales Manager to build and manage strategic relationships within the Microsoft ecosystem and drive co-sell opportunities for our consulting and implementation services across Dynamics 365 CRM, Azure Data & AI, and Power Platform
.
This role willbe responsible for developing joint go-to-market strategies with Microsoft field teams, generating partner-sourced pipeline, and enabling successful collaboration between Microsoft sellers and our internal sales and delivery teams.
Responsibilities Microsoft Partner Relationship Management- Build and maintain strong relationships with Microsoft account executives, partner development managers, and solution specialists
. - Position the company as a trusted Microsoft solutions partner for Dynamics 365, Azure, and Power Platform services.
- Engage regularly with Microsoft field teams to identify joint customer opportunities.
- Identify and drive co-sell opportunities with Microsoft sellers.
- Register and manage deals through Microsoft Partner Center.
- Develop joint pipeline aligned with Microsoft industry priorities and solution plays.
- Collaborate with Microsoft teams on joint marketing campaigns, events, and webinars
. - Align service offerings with Microsoft solution areas including:
- Business applications(Dynamics 365 CRM,Power Platform,Business Central)
- Generate partner-sourced leads and opportunities.
- Support proposal development and deal strategy for Microsoft-led opportunities.
- Track and report co-sell pipeline, revenue, and partner engagement metrics.
- Educate internal sales teams on Microsoft co-sell programs and partner engagement processes.
- Work with leadership to develop Microsoft-focused growth strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Technology, or related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in partner sales, alliance management, or technology consulting sales.
- Experience working with the Microsoft partner ecosystem
. - Proven ability to build relationships with enterprise technology partners.
- Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving,organizational,and interpersonal communication skills.
Experience with one or more of the following products:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM,Power Platform
- Microsoft Business Central
- Microsoft co-sell programs and Partner Center
