This is a company that genuinely walks the talk on culture. You'll be joining a small, ambitious team working on real missions with real impact, and they've built an environment to match.
Work-life balance is taken seriously: there's a minimum 15 days off requirement, unlimited PTO, and most U.S. federal holidays observed. Your health matters too, with 100% covered comprehensive health insurance for employees and their families, plus quarterly health and wellness benefits that extend to mental health support.
Financially, they've got you covered with 4% 401(k) matching. And every year, the whole team gets together for a 4-day company offsite, with past destinations including New Orleans, New York City, San Francisco, Nashville, and Bozeman.
Perhaps most importantly: the company is still evolving, and the person who joins this role will have a genuine hand in shaping what it becomes. If you want ownership, impact, and the chance to grow with a company at the frontier of the Space Age, this is it.
