SummaryThe AI Innovation Analyst is responsible for exploring and evaluating emerging AI tools and technologies to identify potential applications within Greenbrier. The role supports multiple small‑scale initiatives, develops prototypes, and prepares presentations to communicate findings and recommendations. This position applies creative and analytical problem‑solving to advance AI‑driven innovation and supports continuous learning and experimentation across the organization.
Duties And ResponsibilitiesTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform the following essential duties. Other duties may be assigned to address business needs and changing business practices.
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to identify opportunities for AI integration.
- Research and experiment with new AI tools and frameworks to understand capabilities and limitations.
- Deliver proof‑of‑concept and proof‑of‑value projects to demonstrate potential AI use cases within Greenbrier.
- Prepare and deliver presentations summarizing project outcomes, insights, and recommendations.
- Document findings and maintain knowledge repositories for future reference.
- Stay current with AI trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and innovation workshops.

Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (completed or in‑progress).
- Academic experience with AI concepts, machine learning, and software development.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, SQL, C#, or Java.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and exploration.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Self‑motivated and driven by curiosity and continuous learning.
- Experience with source control and other aspects of Software Development Lifecycle.
