We’re looking for a Technical Program Manager to lead end‑to‑end program execution for our satellite constellation and software‑defined radar production programs.
Responsibilities- Lead end‑to‑end program execution for the satellite constellation and radar production.
- Establish and drive integrated program plans covering spacecraft and payload development, production, launch readiness, and constellation sustainment.
- Proactively manage risks, dependencies, suppliers, and technical trade‑offs to meet cost, schedule, and performance commitments.
- Monitor and improve operational metrics across development and production life cycles.
- Align cross‑functional teams and communicate transparently with leadership.
- Contribute to maintaining a high‑performing weather observation constellation and scaling the platform.
- 2–4+ years of experience leading complex technical programs, ideally in aerospace, satellite systems, radar technologies, or hardware‑integrated environments.
- Proven ability to execute programs end‑to‑end across development, production, launch readiness, and deployment phases.
- Strong cost, schedule, and risk management experience with KPI tracking and performance reporting.
- Experience managing suppliers and contracts within aerospace or advanced manufacturing ecosystems.
- Solid understanding of systems integration across hardware, software, and space operations, including familiarity with satellite lifecycle management.
- Proficiency with program management tools (MS Project, Jira, Confluence, ERP systems) and awareness of cloud‑based systems integration (AWS/GCP preferred).
- Ability to build trust and accountability across cross‑functional teams.
- Leadership through influence in matrixed environments and facilitation of solution‑oriented dialogue.
- Clear and transparent communication with technical teams and executive leadership.
- Resilience and adaptability in dynamic, high‑stakes environments.
- Effective collaboration across engineering, supply chain, operations, and leadership.
This position requires access to technology controlled under U.S. export control laws and regulations. Accordingly, the role is restricted to U.S. citizens, permanent residents, and protected individuals unless and until any required licenses are obtained.
Compensation & BenefitsAnticipated salary range: $135K–$150K, subject to local market and candidate skills and experience. Comprehensive health benefits, unlimited paid time off, and other benefits included. Relocation assistance may be offered for certain roles.
