Seeking a Desktop Support Analyst 1 who provides a wide range of expertise in monitoring and managing user accounts for hardware, network related computer systems and peripheral devices. Identifies and addresses increasingly complex usability problems in the Information Services Delivery Function. Come and join the team. Job Accountabilities
  • Performs analysis on information services delivery issues in creating and developing innovative approaches in monitoring and managing user accounts for hardware, network, related computer systems and peripheral devices
  • Provides statistical, qualitative information and analysis in identifying and addressing increasingly complex usability problems in the Information Services Delivery Function
  • Responds to and resolves computer problems quickly to ensure maximum uptime and minimum disruption to user activity
  • Analyzes, develops, implements and maintains business solutions for the Information Services Delivery Function
  • Builds, configures, installs, maintains and upgrades computer systems hardware and software
  • Acts as a lead in Information Services projects, performs analysis and implements multi-function office systems
  • Evaluates existing systems and/or user needs and makes recommendations to increase efficiency to meet business needs
  • Ensures user training needs are met for new or existing applications
  • Other responsibilities as assigned
Job Specifications
  • Education:

    Post‑secondary degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and work experience that will allow successful performance of job expectations
  • Years’

    Experience:

    0–3 years of relevant experience
  • Skills:

    Significant technical expertise and experience in monitoring and managing user accounts for hardware, network, related computer systems and peripheral devices
  • Excellent analytical skills and judgment to proactively identify and solve increasingly complex problems
  • Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize with changing situations
  • Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills to drive tasks to completion
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and database management tools
