IT Support Technician ( PC Refresh

Our client is seeking a Workstation Deployment Support Technician to join their team where you will be part of the IT Department supporting a PC refresh project. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Location: Westminster, Colorado (5 days onsite)
Pay Range: $24-26.50/hour, based on experience

• Install, uninstall, and configure desktop hardware and software according to organizational standards.
• Process tasks related to voice, video, and data systems to ensure seamless deployment and operation.
• Document technical procedures and operational instructions to support ongoing maintenance and training.
• Provide on-site and remote assistance to users during workstation migration and deployment activities.
• Maintain accurate logs, asset records, and issue tracking documentation to ensure accountability and transparency.

• Extensive knowledge of desktop hardware and software installation and troubleshooting.
• Experience imaging workstations, including desktops and laptops, following organizational standards.
• Ability to train user groups on new equipment and software features effectively.
• Strong documentation skills for technical procedures and operational instructions.
• Excellent communication skills to act as a liaison between users and the IT team.
