Senior Human Resources Recruiter

Our client is seeking a Senior Recruiter to support high-volume hiring across our construction operations. This role is ideal for a hands-on recruiting professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, partners closely with field leadership, and knows how to deliver results at scale without sacrificing candidate experience.

What You’ll Do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for high-volume construction roles, including field labor, skilled trades, supervisors, and project-based positions
• Manage requisitions across multiple projects and locations, maintaining speed, quality, and compliance
• Partner closely with project managers, field leaders, and operations to forecast hiring needs and align recruiting strategies
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies (job boards, referrals, workforce partnerships, trade schools, community outreach)
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates efficiently while ensuring a strong and compliant hiring process
• Coordinate hiring logistics including interviews, offers, background checks, and onboarding
• Track recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline health, conversion rates) and adjust strategies as needed
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, union/non-union requirements, and company hiring policies
• Represent the company as a brand ambassador in the field and within the construction community

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, with high-volume or construction recruiting strongly preferred
• Proven success filling hourly, skilled trade, and field-based roles at scale
• Strong stakeholder management skills and comfort partnering with field leadership
• Knowledge of employment compliance and hiring best practices
• Experience with ATS platforms and high-volume recruiting tools
• Ability to prioritize, pivot quickly, and stay organized under pressure

Compensation and Benefits:

• $100,000 - $110,000 (based on experience)
• Bonus (based on performance)
