For ABA Graduate Students Preparing for the BCBA Exam

Are you an Applied Behavioral Analysis graduate student nearing graduation and preparing for the BCBA exam? Join Behavioral Innovations as an ABA Apprentice to gain hands-on experience, supervision, and professional support to help you succeed.

Essential Job Requirements

  • Assist with indirect supervision tasks for a caseload of learners.
  • Conduct therapy with clients under BCBA supervision.
  • Support BCBAs and provide staff and caregiver training.
  • Assist with parent communication and analyze client data.
  • Research relevant literature for client programs.
  • Oversee implementation of behavior-analytic programs by others.

Qualifications

  • Required: Master’s Degree in Behavior Analysis or related field (or within 6 months of graduation).
  • Required: Active Registered Behavior Technician Certification.
  • Required: Reliable transportation.
  • Required: At least 75% of BACB supervision requirements completed.
