Join Soar Autism Center as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and help enhance the lives of children on the autism spectrum.

Soar Autism Center is dedicated to improving outcomes for children through a play‑based ABA approach rooted in the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM). The RBT role is integral to our mission‑driven care model, providing individualized ABA therapy under the guidance of our BCBAs.

• Provide one‑on‑one ABA therapy to children aged 2‑6, adhering to professional standards.
• Implement intervention plans developed by BCBAs, ensuring alignment with ABA principles.
• Build relationships with families and consistently update them on progress.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with ABA advances.

• Preference for enrollment in or completion of a degree program, especially in Child Development, Psychology, or related fields.
• Ability to obtain and maintain RBT certification (paid training provided).
• Experience and enjoyment working with children.
• Team‑player mindset.
• Reliable transportation to training and clinic sites; punctuality is essential.
• Physical ability to sit, stand, shift positions, lift up to 50 lbs., kneel, and run short distances as required.

• $21.50 – $28.50 per hour, with regular bonuses and promotion opportunities.
