Position: PROGRAM ANALYST with Security Clearance
Duties The primary purpose of this position is:
To serve as a Senior Program Analyst, providing expertise in planning, directing, organizing, and coordinating activities within the NORAD and USNORTHCOM Training, Exercises, and Wargaming Directorate (J7), Assessments Office. This role focuses on delivering analytical support and strategic insights without supervisory responsibilities. Duties:
* Leads and directs high-level strategic program planning and analysis to ensure alignment with NORAD and USNORTHCOM's mission objectives.
* Serves as the primary Headquarters NORAD and USNORTHCOM command focal point for Campaign Assessments, providing expert-level technical guidance in the development and utilization of advanced data collection, management, and visualization techniques.
* Represents the NORAD and USNORTHCOM Assessments Office at the highest levels with a variety of national, international, and functional area organizations. Requirements Conditions of employment

* Employee may be required to work overtime and/or be "on call" after normal duty hours, which may include evenings, weekends or holidays and is subject to short- or no-notice recall to duty during exercises, crises, or contingencies.
* Employee may be required to perform Contracting Officer Representative (COR) or Technical Point of Contact (TPOC) associated with contract work to accomplish Assessments activities.
* Employee will be required to attend periodic command and/or civic related social functions and related events after normal duty hours.
* In the performance of assigned duties, employees use tact, diplomacy, and professionalism to promote effective working relationships with a variety of offices and agencies.
* Performs additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Conditions of Employments: (cont'd) 1. This position has been designated as Special Sensitive. The employee is required to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information clearance as a condition of employment. Access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), other intelligence-related Special Sensitive information, and involvement in Top Secret Special Access Programs (SAP) are required to fully perform the duties and responsibilities of the position.

A non-disclosure agreement must be signed.
2. Access to Special Access Programs (SAP) will require the employee to submit to a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph (Poly) screening prior to access being granted (not a pre-employment requirement). Employees are subject to random CI-Poly screenings as a condition of employment. Failure to submit to a CI-Poly will result in debrief from all SAPs and removal from the position.
3. This position is designated by the Air Force as a Test Designated Position (TDP) under the Air Force Civilian Drug Testing Program. As a mandatory requirement for employment in this TDP, the incumbent is (A) to refrain from use of illegal drugs and (B) if required, to submit to urinalysis testing. Illegal drug use by employees in sensitive positions presents a clear threat to the mission of the Air Force, national security, and public safety.

The selectee must sign a statement acknowledging the position occupied is identified as a TDP. 4. May be required to perform Battle Roster functions during Exercises and Real-World events. Battle Roster functions may include but are not limited to the Joint Operations Center (JOC), Future Operations Center (FOC), Future Plans Center (FPC), Joint Logistics Operations Center (JLOC), N&NC Deployment and Distribution Operations Center (NDDOC), Joint Intelligence Operations Center-North (JIOC-N), Joint Cyber Center (JCC), and other tasks as assigned.

These duties may require additional duty hours and/or a physical/medical assessment to deploy to alternate duty locations (non-combat) or in-place. The physical/medical assessment is not a pre-employment requirement.
5. Work may require travel away from the normal duty station to locations within and outside of the Continental United States on military or commercial aircraft in accordance with Joint Travel Regulations in performance of temporary duty (TDY). Incumbent may be required to obtain an official passport. In order to qualify, you must meet the specialized experience requirements described in the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Qualification Standards for General Schedule Positions, Administrative and Management Positions, Management and Program Analysis (0343).
