Arvada, CO – Full‑Time (In‑Office to Start)

FDG, Inc. is seeking a motivated Entry‑Level Precast CAD Technician to join our team in Arvada, Colorado. This position is ideal for someone early in their drafting career who wants hands‑on experience creating real‑world fabrication and construction‑level drawings.

You will work on precast and prestressed concrete projects and gain exposure to both AutoCAD and Revit in a production environment that directly supports construction and manufacturing.

This is a full‑time, in‑office position during the initial training period. Hybrid flexibility is typically available after six months of onboarding and demonstrated performance.

• Create fabrication and construction‑level precast/prestressed concrete drawings
• Use AutoCAD 2024 or newer versions and Revit depending on project requirements
• Coordinate with team members to ensure accuracy and constructability
• Develop precision detailing skills in a real‑world production environment
• Gain experience working on projects that move from design to fabrication
