Building Technologies Integrator Business
The regional system integration business called Bosch Building Technologies offers solutions and customized services for building security, energy efficiency, and building automation for commercial buildings and infrastructure projects. Bosch started its Integrator Business in North America through the acquisition of Climatec in 2015. Climatec expanded Bosch’s role as a comprehensive supplier of energy, building automation and security solutions. Job Summary: Contracts Administrator is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and negotiating construction‑related contracts, subcontracts, and agreements in coordination with legal and project teams. This role ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, manages the full contract lifecycle through a contract management system, and assesses contractual risks to recommend effective mitigation strategies. The position partners closely with project managers and business units to support contract interpretation, ensure compliance throughout project execution, and maintain accurate contract documentation for audit and reporting purposes.
Responsibilities- Prepare, review, and negotiate construction contracts, subcontracts, and related agreements in coordination with legal and project teams.
- Ensure contracts comply with federal, state, and local regulations (e.g., lien laws, prevailing wage requirements, indemnification statutes).
- Manage the contract lifecycle using the contract management system, including tracking approvals, modifications, and renewals.
- Analyze contractual obligations, risk allocation, and recommend solutions.
