FLIGHT Engineer; Instructor Security Clearance

Position: FLIGHT ENGINEER (INSTRUCTOR) with Security Clearance
Duties Serves as instructor/flight examiner providing instruction, evaluation and examination on ground and operational training flights to develop and upgrade skills of aircrew members. Applying knowledge of the full range of aircrew duties and responsibilities, methods of instruction and requirements of the program, performs standardization. May perform duties of Flight Engineer which includes utilizing a knowledge of major aircraft systems associated with heavy multiengine aircraft.

* Membership in the Colorado Army National Guard or eligible to transfer.
* Must hold the grade of E-4 thru E-8.
* Submit all required documentation.
* May be required to successfully complete a probationary period.

* For positions requiring a security clearance (Secret or Top Secret) the applicant must possess or be able to obtain a clearance within one year of appointment. Qualifications Military Grades: E-4 thru E-8 1. Specialized experience will be used to determine qualifications for the announced position. 2. Must have at least 30 months of Specialized Experience in each of the following :

-Experience working with aircraft weight and balance computations; aircraft performance data; aircraft records maintenance; and aircraft systems. Education Education cannot be substituted for Specialized Experience for this position.
