The Learning Experience in Arvada is hiring passionate Early Childhood Education Teachers to join our growing team. We are seeking dedicated educators for Infant, Toddler, and Preschool classrooms. • Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment
• Support social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
• Implement age appropriate curriculum and structured learning activities
• Maintain classroom organization and state licensing standards
• Build strong relationships with families and team members
• Ensure the health, safety, and supervision of all children

• Must meet Colorado Office of Early Childhood licensing requirements
• PDIS Level 2 or higher required
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Must pass Colorado state background check
• Completion of required state training and ongoing professional development

• Experience in an early childhood classroom preferred
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
