This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $60/hr, which equates to an annual salary of $120,000 for a 40‑hour work week. It is a full‑time (40 hours per week) role, paid weekly, and is based on‑site in San Francisco, Miami, or Santa Barbara. • Providing motivation and mentorship to students through consistent, one‑on‑one and small‑group engagement—coaching rather than lecturing.
• Leveraging adaptive learning technology and AI‑driven platforms to support individualized learning progression.
• Facilitating small‑group sessions centered on leadership development, life competencies, and practical success frameworks.
• Guiding students to identify personal strengths and broaden their goals via tailored development plans.
• Advancing Alpha’s educational model through feedback, data analysis, and innovative thinking.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in any discipline.
• Proven track record of exceptional achievement (examples: top academic distinctions, D1/Olympic‑level athletics, national‑level competitions, etc.).
• 3 years of direct experience working with K–8 students in mentoring, coaching, or teaching roles.
• Excellent verbal communication and public speaking capabilities.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship.
• Ability and willingness to work on‑site in Miami, FL;
  Santa Barbara, CA; or San Francisco, CA.
