The Role
We are seeking motivated, detail‑oriented individuals to join our team as Tuition Assistance Support Consultants. In this role, you’ll help employees from large organizations navigate their tuition assistance benefits—everything from logging into the portal to understanding policies and submitting correct documentation for reimbursement. If you enjoy problem‑solving, providing excellent customer service, and guiding people through complex processes, this role is an excellent opportunity to grow your career in a specialized, high‑impact field.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Support customers with login issues, documentation questions, and general benefit navigation
- Review uploaded documents for accuracy and completeness, guiding users through what’s missing
- Explain tuition assistance policies clearly and confidently
- Troubleshoot independently across multiple systems
- Manage sensitive conversations involving significant financial impact for the customer
- Handle escalations with professionalism, empathy, and resilience
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in every interaction
- 1–2+ years of customer service or administrative experience
- Comfort navigating multiple systems (CRMs, Outlook, online portals, etc.) simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
- Demonstrated troubleshooting skills and resourcefulness
- Ability to handle frustrated or escalated callers with professionalism
- Emotional resilience and “tough skin” when working through challenging conversations
- Understanding of the financial significance involved in tuition reimbursement calls
- Experience with college admissions or higher‑education processes
- Completed college coursework or a degree (Associate’s, Bachelor’s, etc.)
- Experience working with sensitive or emotional situations requiring strong emotional intelligence
- 5 weeks of onsite training in our Broomfield office
- After training, team members who meet performance expectations may transition to remote work
- Collaborative team of 32 consultants within a 43‑person department
- Clear performance benchmarks to ensure you feel confident and supported

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Westminster, CO.
Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.75 - $18.75/hr.
