Accounts Receivable Clerk

Pay: $20-$21.24/HR to start

Assignment Length: 5-month contract with potential for extension based on performance and budget

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Onsite)

• Customer Accounts & Collections:
  Review, monitor, and collect on customer accounts to meet working capital and collections targets. Proactively contact customers regarding past-due balances and resolve payment issues in a timely manner.
• Order & Invoice Management:
  Evaluate orders on hold to determine appropriate action, release or maintain hold status as needed. Send invoices through automated systems and handle credits and rebills in coordination with Customer Service.
• Customer Service & Financial Support:
  Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email. Support finance operations by performing intracompany billing, closing modules, and generating management reports as required.

• High School Diploma or GED required;
  Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 6 months of relevant collections, billing, or accounts receivable experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables) and Outlook
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and excellence
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communicator with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
• Customer-focused with a proactive approach to resolving issues
