Compensation Range: $80,000-$110,000 annually

What Milender White expects from an Estimator:

• Advanced math and analytical skills with the ability to effectively evaluate risk and provide effective solutions
• Proven track record with construction system concepts and procedures
• A natural collaborator with vendors, subcontractors, clients, and coworkers
• Walk, talk, and demonstrate safety as a second language
• Risk management from start to finish
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field
• Proven knowledge of key trade subcontractors in Colorado is a big plus
• Competence in Excel
• Experience with BIM, Assemble, On-Screen Take-off, Timberline and/or Sketch-up
• 3+ years of field experience with a general contractor preferably in the Denver Metro
