Position: UNIT PROGRAM COORDINATOR with Security Clearance
Duties Serve as Unit Program Coordinator for the 57th Space Aggressor Squadron. Performs a full range of Force Management tasks involved in Classification, Duty Status, Evaluations, Duty Information Changes, Unit Personnel Management Roster (UMPR), Unfavorable Information Files, G-Series Orders, Awards and Special Programs while liaising with HQ and TMO. Work Overseas Tour Data, Non-contingency TOY information, and Permanent Change of Assignments.

Use the ability to understand a standardized body of personnel rules, regulations, procedures, and precedents to resolve interrelated procedural and substantive problems while performing daily tasks. Serve as the resident subject matter expert for all mandated administrative support programs. Ensure unit program compliance with regulations, laws, policies, and squadron commander directives. Responsible for programs to include but not limited to Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), task management, Government Travel Card (GTC) program, Defense Travel System (DTS) administrator, Government Purchase Card (GPC) program, Automated Data Processing Equipment (ADPE) accounts, Records Management, Unit Training Manager (UTM), Sexual Assault Representative (SAPR), and security program.

Develop and implements procedures to track program status and maintain program health. Directly assist the commander/director in the management of all administrative support program functions. Administer programs and serve as the primary source of information. Responsible for the preparation, maintenance, and disposition of required administrative reports and other correspondence. Assist the commander/director in accomplishing all necessary internal operations to include administrative training, security, regulations, and personnel assistance.

Disseminate information concerning new or changed procedures/regulations. Suspense and/or prioritizes task management for the squadron. Collect, organize, and compile data in order to recommend actions to the commander/director. Perform other clerical and administrative work in support of the office/organization. Develop, establish, update, and maintain office procedures and records/files of various types to ensure effective and efficient operation of the office.

Provide advice and guidance to staff in the organization on administrative, clerical, and procedural requirements. Unit Training Manager responsibilities. Manage various training systems applicable to SFSCs/AFSCs assigned to the unit. Major training systems include, but not limited to, Advanced Distributed Learning System (ADLS), Air Force Training Record (AFTR), and Training Business Area (TBA). Manage Total Force Awareness Training (TFAT) ancillary training requirements, as well as other training requirements directed by the Delta's Staff.

Coordinate new, updated, and obsolete requirements. Utilize MilPDS to update all upgrade training and status changes and run all OJT rosters. Requirements Conditions of employment

* Work may occasionally require travel away from the normal duty station on military or commercial aircraft.
* This position is designated as a Testing Designated Position (TDP) under the Air Force Civilian Drug Testing Program.
* Employee may be required to work other than normal duty hours, to include evenings, weekends and/or holidays
* May require working overtime or compensatory time during peak workload periods.

Qualifications In order to qualify, you must meet the experience or educational substitution requirements described in the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Qualification Standards for General Schedule Positions, Clerical and Administrative Support Positions.
