• Level 1 – Recent Graduate in Accounting or Finance or equivalent (Bachelor’s is must) –
  Pay Rate: $25 to $27/hr.
• Level 2 – Minimum 3 years of experience with Bachelor’s Degree –
  Pay Rate: $35 to $38/hr
  .

• Prepare journal entries, maintain general ledger accounts, and reconcile sub-ledgers for month-end close.
• Review, analyze, and resolve variances or issues within the department.
• Compile and analyze financial data to prepare account entries and support financial statements.
• Reconcile accounts, ensure data integrity, and comply with accounting principles.
• Perform month-end close processes, including verifying balances and entering data from reports.
• Audit journal entries, transactions, and vouchers to substantiate records.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required).
• Minimum 3+ years of related accounting experience (revenue accounting preferred).
• Intermediate understanding of accounting practices, analysis skills, and proficiency with Microsoft tools.
• Experience with accounting/ERP software (SAP experience highly valued).
• Strong communication skills (written/verbal) and ability to perform intermediate math calculations.
• No supervisory responsibilities typically, but may lead small team efforts.
