We are recruiting an experienced Registered Manager to lead a well-established 3-bed children's home in the NG5 area of Nottingham. The home is rated Good by Ofsted, has a stable and experienced staff team, and benefits from strong senior leadership support.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity to step into a settled service with real backing from senior management, giving you the autonomy to lead while not feeling isolated in the role.

You will be responsible for the overall management of the home, ensuring high standards of care, safeguarding, and compliance with Children's Homes Regulations. You will lead and develop the team, oversee care planning, and drive positive outcomes for young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties.

• An experienced Registered Manager, or a strong Deputy ready to step up
• Good knowledge of Ofsted regulations and inspection frameworks
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or working towards)
• A confident leader passionate about achieving the best outcomes for young people
