A leading mechanical engineering firm in the UK is seeking a Principal Design Engineer to lead high-level technical initiatives and mentor a growing team. The ideal candidate will have a BSc or MEng in Mechanical Engineering, at least 5 years of mechanical design engineering experience, and strong proficiency in Solid Works and 2D CAD.

This role offers a competitive salary of £50k – £60k, flexible working hours, and involvement in innovative projects within a supportive team environment.
