Teaching Assistant

Teacher Active is very proud to be working with schools across Arnold to find highly skilled Teaching Assistants, who can make a lasting impact.

We’re currently looking for a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant who can bring patience, enthusiasm, and a strong commitment to supporting children’s learning and development.

In this rewarding role, you will:

Work closely with teachers and pupils to support classroom learning
Help create a positive and inclusive environment where every child can thrive
Offer tailored support to individual students or small groups
Play a key role in encouraging progress, building confidence, and promoting positive behaviour
The ideal candidate will:

A Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education

6 months + experience working with children or young people in education.

Experience supporting children with SEN/SEND

A genuine passion for education and supporting learners with diverse needs

Relevant qualifications: level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant
