Security Officer - Access Control Desk

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access control processes, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate;
Control entry and exit at assigned access points by verifying credentials, issuing temporary badges, managing visitor logs, and coordinating with client contacts for approvals;
Monitor alarms, cameras, and access control systems to identify irregular activity and report concerns per post orders;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation, dispatch coordination, and timely notification to site leadership and/or emergency services;
Conduct regular and random patrols of entrances, office areas, and the building perimeter to check doors, gates, and restricted areas, and document security-related observations and incidents
