Customer Service Representative

Join Circle K as a Customer Service Representative in Arnold, MO. This role is part of a fast‑paced, fun environment where you will assist customers, manage the register, and support our food program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers, run the register, and make purchase suggestions.
• Assist with food program sales and maintain store appearance.
• Provide fast and friendly service across many store areas.
• Ensure regular and predictable onsite attendance.
• Collaborate with a fun, energetic team to accomplish daily tasks.

What You Bring:

• Retail or customer service experience.
• Sales associate or cashiering experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Motivation to grow your career and willingness to learn.
• Strong communication, teamwork, problem‑solving, and customer‑care skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Stand and walk up to 8 hours.
• Lift up to 30 pounds (ground to overhead) and occasionally up to 60 pounds.
• Push/pull up to 20 pounds, bend, and manipulate objects requiring eye‑hand coordination.
• Climb a ladder if necessary to retrieve materials or signs.
