With an average daily census of 88 babies, we care for a wide range of neonatal conditions in both premature and full-term infants. Our team is proud to deliver compassionate, expert care in one of the region’s most advanced NICUs.

Now Hiring:
New Grads and Experienced NICU RNs

Shift: Full-time/Nights
Our 16-week Nurse Residency Fellowship is designed to support new graduate RNs as they transition into professional practice. You’ll receive specialized, unit-specific training in a collaborative, family-centered environment where your growth and confidence are our priority
Position Details:

? What You’ll Gain:

• A comprehensive NICU residency program with hands-on training and mentorship
• Shift differential pay for night shifts
• Day-one benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage
• RN to BSN Bridge Program – up to $16,000 in support
• RN Loan Forgiveness Program – up to $20,000 over 4.5 years
• Must graduate within 12 months of hire to qualify

What We’re Looking For:

• Education:
  
  Nursing degree from an accredited school (BSN preferred)
• Experience:
  
  Patient Care Tech experience preferred
• License:
  Current RN license in Missouri or compact state, or eligible to obtain within 90 days of graduation
• Certifications:
  
  BLS through the American Heart Association
