Field Service Technician II

Arnold, MO 63010 (Techs dispatch from home)
Duration: 3-Month Contract-to-Hire
Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Role Overview
We are seeking a Field Service Technician II to provide hands-on technical support for various clients. This role involves traveling to multiple locations to perform break-fix, IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change), and project support. Candidates must be comfortable with administrative tasks such as scheduling visits, ordering and tracking equipment, returning hardware, and updating case notes in real time.
