Overview

Provide outpatient mental health therapy services to a population you love. Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner. (We keep this as streamlined as possible.) Work closely with a team of experienced private practice therapists. (PLPC's will meet regularly with an in-house supervisor.) Have a consistently full-as-you-desire caseload with regular referrals provided by our Center. (We do all the marketing for you!

• Work closely with a team of experienced private practice therapists. (PLPC's will meet regularly with an in-house supervisor.)
• Have a consistently full-as-you-desire caseload with regular referrals provided by our Center. (We do all the marketing for you! You ll never have to worry where your next client will come from.)

• You have a Master s degree in counseling or social work
• You are excited about providing great clinical care to clients
• You have excellent interpersonal skills (communication and listening) and love building relationships with your clients
• You enjoy working with a cohesive and supportive team
• You are self-motivated and can manage your time efficiently

• All employment taxes processed—you ll be a W2 employee, not a 1099 contractor
• Worker s Comp & State Unemployment insurance provided
• Twice monthly direct deposits to your bank account
• Fully furnished office spaces (including toys and art supplies for child therapy)
• We do all of the insurance credentialing for you
• We have an experienced administrative team that does all of the insurance billing, schedules intake appointments, provides daily reminder calls to your clients to decrease missed appointments, and offers support to coordinate contact with collateral parties and clients
