Staff Accountant

Sinclair & Rush is seeking a Staff Accountant to join our accounting team. This role supports a wide range of accounting and financial activities and provides exposure to many areas of the business.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants to learn how a manufacturing business operates while developing strong accounting and financial analysis skills. The role will touch many aspects of the organization and offers excellent opportunities for professional growth. This position also provides exposure to operational and cost accounting within a manufacturing environment.

• Assist with the monthly close process
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
• Perform revenue, cost, and customer analysis
• Support inventory and cost accounting
• Gain exposure to accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
• Prepare reports and financial analysis
• Provide audit support
• Work with departments across the company to support business operations

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• Willingness to learn and develop practical accounting experience
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Ability to work across departments and communicate effectively
• Interest in learning the business and growing within the organization
