- serving as the principal problem solver for complex scientific, engineering, and business data processing challenges across the contract
- evaluating existing applications, system administration processes, and network environments
- designing and implementing robust solutions that improve performance, reliability, and usability
- overseeing system integration, conducting workflow and capacity analyses, and recommending commercialofftheshelf software when it adds value
- working closely with program managers, developers, and endusers to translate mission requirements into scalable, secure it solutions

Requirementsactive top secret clearance (or higher)
bachelor's degree in one of the following disciplines from an abet accredited or caedesignated institution:
- information technology
- cybersecurity
- data science
- information systems
- computer science
alternative qualifications (any one of the following) are acceptable in lieu of the degree:
- completion of any of the listed dod training modules: m0923w1, a1025888, a1025599 (snoop), a5310045, a1130381, a1130342, a1210594 (p/l), a1040084, a1504219 (p/l), a1509020 (p/l)
- possession of any of the following dodapproved certifications: fitspo, gfact, casp+, ccnp security, ccsp
minimum three years of fulltime professional experience performing advanced systemsanalysis functions (requirements gathering, solution design, integration, or performance tuning) in a dod or comparable high security environment
ability to independently analyze complex data processing problems, devise and implement technical solutions, manage system integration activities, and evaluate the suitability of commercial software products
- strong analytical mindset with proven experience solving multidomain (scientific, engineering, business) application challenges
- expertise in systems architecture, configuration management, and network troubleshooting
- proficiency with modeling and analysis tools (e.g., uml, bpmn, dataflow diagrams) and with performance monitoring suites
- handson experience with major operating systems (windows, linux, unix) and virtualization/container platforms
- familiarity with enterprise level software development life cycles (agile, devsecops) and with version control/release management tools
- ability to assess and recommend commerciallyavailable software solutions that meet mission needs while complying with security and acquisition policies
- excellent written and verbal communication skills for producing technical specifications, analysis reports, and briefing materials for both technical and nontechnical audiences
- demonstrated capability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams, including developers, network engineers, and program managers
- cissp, cism, comptia security+, or dod 8570.01m ia/iac/iae are preferred additional certifications
src is a contractor for the u.s. Government, this position will require u.s. Citizenship as well as, a u.s. Government security clearance at the top secret level with top secret / sci eligibility
Travel requirements- domestic travel up to 10% of the year (approximately two weeks) for onsite analysis, stakeholder workshops, or system integration visits at dod facilities
