Een woningcorporatie in Arnhem zoekt een medewerker klantenservice die als eerste aanspreekpunt fungeert voor huurders en woningzoekenden. Je beantwoordt vragen via telefoon, e-mail en aan de balie, en streeft naar het oplossen van 80% van de vragen in één keer. De rol vereist minimaal MBO-niveau en ervaring in klantcontact. Daarnaast draag je bij aan het verbeteren van processen en zorg je voor nauwkeurige registratie van klantcontacten.
De functie is 24-36 uur per week met een salaris tussen € 3.132 en € 4.043 bruto per maand.
