Debone, trim beef to factory standard, adhere to health and safety guidelines and work as part of a team.
Responsibilities- Work as part of a team to ensure work area is clean, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Measuring, weighing and counting product materials.
- Moving or lifting heavy objects up to 30kg.
- Loading, unloading or stacking products or materials.
- Sorting manufacturing materials or products.
- Recording product, packaging and order information on forms and records.
- Be able to demonstrate knife skills and/or knowledge of boning/slaughter operations is desirable.
