IT HUB ARMAGH NI LTD is seeking a results‑driven Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimise our digital marketing efforts. The successful candidate will generate new business leads, increase brand awareness, and build a strong social media presence across multiple platforms. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to market B2B services, particularly within the IT or technology sector.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to attract new clients.
- Plan and execute online campaigns focused on lead generation and conversions.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Linked In Ads, Meta Ads).
- Optimise landing pages and calls-to-action to improve conversion rates.
- Manage and grow IT Hub’s presence across platforms such as Linked In, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Create engaging content including posts, graphics, short videos, and promotions.
- Develop a social media content calendar aligned with business goals.
- Monitor engagement, respond to messages/comments, and build online relationships.
- Stay up to date with social media trends relevant to B2B and IT services.
- Create and manage content such as blog posts, case studies, newsletters, and website updates.
- Work with the team to promote IT services, solutions, and success stories.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
- Assist with website content updates and SEO optimisation.
- Improve website visibility through SEO best practices (on‑page and off‑page).
- Conduct keyword research and optimise content accordingly.
- Monitor website traffic using tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Design and manage email marketing campaigns for prospects and existing clients.
- Build and segment email lists to improve engagement.
- Support CRM activity related to marketing and sales follow‑ups.
- Confident with Microsoft suite of applications.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work on own initiative and manage workload independently.
The employer offers working hours of up to 25 hours per week, with options for flexible/reduced hours and additional hours upon approval by a Work Coach. The role may conclude before the advertised closing date if requested by the employer.
Salary: £7.55 (age 16‑17), £10.00 (age 18‑20), £12.21 (age 21+).

Monday to Friday, hours between 9am - 2pm.
