We are seeking an Accountant to join a busy and close-knit finance team supporting multiple large-scale projects, including international assignments. This is a permanent role offering exposure to a broad remit across project and general finance.

• Manage sales and purchase ledger activities
• Handle banking and cash management tasks
• Assist with visa applications and relevant regulatory processes
• Manage insurance requirements for projects
• Prepare VAT returns and support compliance
• Assist with audit processes
• Support month-end and year-end close, including reconciliations
• Track project costs, revenue, and profitability
• Produce financial reports for stakeholders

The role uses Xero, though prior experience with the system is not essential.

• Qualified, part-qualified or qualified by experience
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a small, collaborative team
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders
• Comfortable managing multiple responsibilities, including project finance
• Reliable, proactive, and able to integrate into a supportive team environment
