Technical Design Manager

A specialist subcontractor based in Co. Armagh has a new opportunity for a Technical Design Manager.

The Design Manager will lead design initiatives, oversee project planning, and ensure designs meet client specifications while adhering to industry standards. Key responsibilities include coordinating with project teams, managing design documentation, conducting site visits, and ensuring timelines and budgets are followed. The Design Manager will also provide guidance and leadership to ensure efficient collaboration and innovative solutions.

• Proven experience with Design Management, Project Planning, and Construction Coordination
• Proficiency in Design Software, AutoCAD, and project documentation
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills
• Knowledge of construction safety standards and building regulations
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Bachelor s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field

This role is predominately based in NI, with minimum travel required to mainland UK.
