We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to join our Direct Operations Department at our Arlington, WA facility.

The Shipping & Receiving Coordinator requires extreme attention to detail and a very high level of organizational and prioritization skills. Work is deadline oriented, and success is measured by on time performance and delivery of the company’s product in the most cost-effective manner. Creativity and experience are required elements of problem‑solving shipping and logistical related problems.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments for Advan Tec Manufacturing sites.
- Coordinate with AMU & AMC shipping departments for incoming and outgoing shipments, provide documentation and feedback as required.
- Ensure that all transactions are recorded in company databases.
- Handle or coordinate local deliveries and pick‑ups.
- Complete and file all required paperwork including, but not limited to, cargo manifests, commercial invoices, packing slips and NAFTA forms.
- Ensure all shipping terms comply with sales terms and company policies.
- Use custom freight software (ex. Fed Ex, My Smart Border ).
- Data entry in accounting system.
- Conduct reporting as required.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills
- Experience in fulfillment, warehouse, logistics, or production considered an asset
- Experience with scanners or inventory management systems considered an asset
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Forklift certification considered an asset
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective organization and time management skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Sense of urgency and dependable work ethic
- Successful completion of a pre‑employment drug test
- Proof of U.S. citizenship or valid work authorization
