Job Description:This position offers level 1 - Journey Lvl. Wage scale posted reflects through all levels.
The Deburr Technician blends mismatches and edge breaks parts to customer specifications.
What will my responsibilities include?- With minimal supervision understands and is able to meet customer requirements, such as BAC 5300 and BAC 5730.
- Uses Technician tools such as deburr guns, pencil grinders, etc. to meet customer specifications.
- Follows all safety guidelines established by the Company, including proper use of safety equipment and relevant safety procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Demonstrates a good attitude toward work and arrives on time for start of shift.
- Follows instructions and demonstrates strong attention to detail.
- Communicates well verbally and in writing.
- Mechanically inclined, with good manual dexterity.
Preferred:
- Ability to perform basic functions with MS Windows-based computer operating systems, such as opening and closing files
- One year on‑job experience
- Completion of aptitude test during interview process

Salary Offering:$23.00 per hour to $28.00 per hour
M-TH, 4:30pm - 3:00am (see below for shift differential pay)
Fri/Sat/Sun - 4:30am - 5:00pm (see below for shift differential pay and shift premiums)
