Position: CBT (Certified Behavior Technician) or RBT (Registered Behavior Technician)

CBT (Certified Behavior Technician) or RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) at Magnolia Behavior Therapy summary:

Provide in-home applied behavior analysis (ABA) services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder under BCBA supervision, implementing individualized treatment plans, collecting session data, and ensuring client safety and privacy. Part-time role with flexible afternoon shifts, requiring Washington State CBT/RBT certification (or ability to obtain) and experience with children or developmental disabilities preferred. Compensation $19–$25/hr with benefits including paid training, sick time, and PTO and a $500 sign-on bonus.

Schedule options for this position:

  • M-F 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM

  • M-F 2:30 PM - 5:30 PM

Position Summary

As a Certified Behavior Technician (CBT), you will play a key role in providing compassionate and evidence-based care to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Working under the supervision of a licensed clinician (BCBA), you will help clients work toward meaningful progress using applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles.

This position is ideal for someone who is patient, kind, and committed to helping kiddos thrive!

What You'll Do:
  • Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under clinical supervision

  • Accurately collect and report session data

  • Ensure client safety, dignity, and privacy (HIPAA)

  • Collaborate with supervisors and team members to deliver high-quality care

What We're Looking For:
  • Current Washington State CBT certification (or ability to obtain it)

  • Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities/ ABA (preferred)

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Reliable, consistent and compassionate

  • Pay: $19.00 – $25.00 per hour (based on experience)
