  • 3+ years of experience in materials R&D, composites, or insulation manufacturing.
  • Hands‑on experience with textile‑based composites, ceramic fibers, or refractory materials.
  • Proficiency in thermal/mechanical testing methods and data analysis.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills, with proven ability to collaborate cross‑functionally.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑engineers.
Preferred Background & Skills
  • Experience in aerospace, automotive, or industrial insulation/fireproofing.
  • Familiarity with advanced coating technologies and polymer formulations.
  • Knowledge of FEA/CFD thermal analysis tools.
  • Background with textile processing (weaving, automated sewing, CNC textile cutting, and coatings).
The Perks
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance, plus HSA.
  • Paid time off and discretionary quarterly performance bonus.
  • Long‑term disability insurance.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company match.
