Architectural Project Manager

Red Oak Architecture is looking for a Project Manager with 7-10 years of experience in a variety of project types to join our small firm. Experience the joys of working in a close knit group, involvement in many aspects of the field, and the opportunity to really make a difference.

• A degree in architecture.
• 7-10 years' experience in the field, including at least 4years overseeing and managing projects from pre-design through construction and close out.
• Collaboration and communication with all team members from the client to plan reviewer, building a professional relationship in that process.
• Understanding of the craft of developing clear and concise drawings in a timely manner - from presentations to full permitting/construction documents.
• Ability to express your design thoughts in 2D and 3D; and can follow, interpret, question, and build-up the design thoughts of others.
• Familiarization with key software:
  Revit and MS Office. Experience with Sketch Up, Adobe Creative Suite, or Serif Affinity is a plus.
