Logistics Call Center/Data Entry - Lab Express, Inc.
Located in Arlington, TN
We, at Laboratory Express, are a specialized app-based logistics service structured specifically for the Laboratory/Medical Industry. We realize efficiently capturing pertinent data and transporting medical-related materials from both internal and external origins and destinations is necessary for you to compete today.
We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our Customer Service team! As a Customer Service Rep, you will be responsible for receiving job orders from customers via email/phone and ensuring that the order is handled quickly and accurately to customer specifications. You will also handle front line communications with our team of couriers, to support accurate and timely driver performances per customer specifications.
Responsibilities:
Receive and execute customer ordersReceive incoming calls from drivers out in the fieldDispatch orders properly to company drivers based on market areaProperly track drivers and report route activity as needed via websiteFollow up with all drivers as needed to accurately and timely complete routesReport any issues or incidents to proper team members, supervisors, and customersComplete recurring reporting as necessary per customer specificationsQualifications:
High School diploma or equivalentExperience/working background in CALL CENTER or TRANSPORTATION/LOGISTICS preferredFluent computer skills and ability to work with MS Office software (Excel, Word, Outlook Email) & InternetStrong work ethic and ability to multitaskExcellent communication and customer service skillsGreat degree of reliability and responsibilityMeticulous attention to detail and desire to complete tasks correctly and with accuracyAbility to remain resilient, project patience and empathy, and provide excellent client service when dealing with stressful situationsSelf-disciplined to manage your schedule and adhere to itAbility to utilize multiple computer programs at the same timeExhibit professional, courteous, and friendly behaviorCustomer focus and adaptability to different personality typesAbility to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectivelyThank you for your interest.
