Title: DCA Lead Aircraft Cabin Cleaner

Pay Rate: 17.38 per hour

Pay Sequence: Weekly

Location: RONALD REAGAN NATIONAL AIRPORT (DCA)

Job Classification: Full-Time, Non-Exempt

Shift

Overnight shift (9:30 PM to 5 AM)

Must be willing to work on Saturday, Sunday, and three weekdays for five consecutive days.

Onboarding Note

The onboarding process may take up to four weeks. Shift assignments are based on business needs and availability at the time of onboarding completion. While we strive to accommodate preferred shifts, availability cannot be guaranteed. Your flexibility will be appreciated.

Essential Functions
  • Distribute a cleaning schedule to cabin team members and allocate agents to work designated aircraft zones.
  • Maintain and distribute all cabin cleaning supplies and tools to team members.
  • Monitor and direct agents to perform duties according to Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Direct and clean aircraft interiors within appropriate time frames, including:
    • Crew rest and bunk areas
    • Lavatories
    • Galleys
    • Cabin Area
  • Provisioning:
    • The correct safety card is placed in each seatback.
    • Linens and headsets are properly provisioned.
  • Conduct on-the-job coaching and mentoring of cleaning team members.
  • Provide team members performance input into the cabin agent evaluation process.
  • Administer and comply with all safety, security, compliance and quality standards and procedures established by the company, by our Clients, and by regulatory authorities.
  • Perform basic administrative duties, including (1) user checks on Company equipment; (2) daily staffing and work schedules; and (3) security search sheets.
  • If applicable, serve as a guide to cabin “High-lift” drivers as the drivers approach designated aircraft to perform cabin cleaning services.

Grooming

Must wear appropriate uniform and badge/ all times. Employee must comply with guidelines set in the ABM Industry Standards of Employment.
