Cab Driver Role Player
. The Cab Driver Role Player operates as a cab driver role player in support of training personnel in urban and rural environments and under various weather conditions.

Responsibilities- Role player will be responsible for picking up and returning General Services Administration (GSA) per daily schedule at appropriate facility. (Contract dependent)
- Role player will have a broad list of talking points to follow but should be prepared for "free play/unscripted" contact with client as required.
- Role player will follow a driving route per client instruction, to include illogical direction.
- Role player will maintain safety and will not follow client instructions if safety is compromised.
- Fully understand and adhere to GSA Vehicle procedures.
- Record and maintain appropriate vehicle logs in accordance with GSA procedures.
- Complete written evaluation as required.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Maintain a valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and a 36‑month clean driving record.
- Successful completion of EKS Safety Course, GSA Vehicle Driver Agreement, GSA Vehicle Operator Responsibilities, GSA Vehicle Operator’s Interview Questions, and HT-JCoE Accident Avoidance and Local Hazards Training.
Skills and Abilities
- Ability to drive a vehicle for up to 12 hours per day in various weather conditions.
- Possess detailed Tucson area knowledge.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
- Autonomy:
Effectively work alone with limited guidance. - Adaptability:
Adapt to changing work environments, deal with frequent changes, and diverse team members. - Technical:
Experience operating communication devices such as cell phones, walkie‑talkie type radios, GPS devices, and surveillance photo/video equipment. - Communication:
Listen actively; speak clearly. - Geospatial Awareness:
Determine cardinal directions both static and dynamic with keen map reading, navigational and observational skills.
USD $15.00/Hour. Up to USD $18.00/Hour.
